What happens if the internet goes down?
Keep scanning. Stamps are saved on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is back, never twice.
Can a customer get two stamps by mistake?
Your program's rules are always respected: if the customer already got today's stamp, the scanner shows it in amber and adds nothing. And any stamp can be undone in the first 5 seconds.
Does it work with points programs?
Yes. Type the purchase amount and the scanner shows the points before adding them.
Can I leave a phone at the counter for the whole team?
Yes, with register mode: connect it with a PIN from your Zolu dashboard. That phone can only scan, nothing else.
Does it scan Club passes?
Soon. Checking members in and redeeming club perks from the app is on its way.
