Visits are counted with an anonymous daily fingerprint. Redemptions never store IP or browser.

Questions
How much does it cost to create a club?
Nothing. Creating a club, events, check-in, My pass, streaks and the leader panel are free. Pro lets you create more clubs and unlocks perks only for Pro members.
Do members need to download an app?
No. They join from the club's page with their Zolu card and open My pass in the browser. They can add Zolu to their home screen.
Does it work for clubs that aren't about running?
Yes. Student organizations, communities, book clubs, founders' groups, fan clubs, volunteer groups, gyms and studios use the same tools.
Why is my club “in review”?
The Zolu team reviews every new club before it goes live, so members can trust it. You'll see the answer in your Inbox.
Does Zolu send messages to my members?
No. You copy a ready message and share it in your group chat or by text. Zolu never sends SMS or chats for you.
What does a business see?
Only numbers: how many saw a perk, used it and came back. Never who, unless a member chooses to share their contact.
Can I add my pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Not yet: Wallet passes are coming soon. Today My pass lives in your browser and keeps working offline.
