Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR at the counter with their camera, join with their email and save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If they prefer, they also have it as a web page.
How is a stamp added?
Your team scans the customer's card from a register with a PIN (a phone or iPad at the counter) or with their account. The stamp arrives instantly and the Wallet card updates itself.
What if the customer changes phones?
They get their card back with the same email, with all their stamps.
Can I use it at several locations?
Yes. Your account includes up to 10 locations and 3 registers. Every stamp records where it happened.
Can I bring the customers from my previous program?
Yes. We help you import your customers and their stamps so nobody loses what they already earned.
How much does it cost?
